Living on a campus on which it is hard to hear anything but mainstream hip-hop, it's always nice to put on something different to remind my fellow students that there is something else out there. I've always given my friends here at Utica College of Syracuse University exposure to my friends' bands. This includes Unlike You, Mangerbabies, and now Pix Lips, Emil's project over in Denmark.

Search for "Pix Lips" on Google and you won't get clean results. Nor will you if you click on the bottom banner of their web site. But there's nothing unclean about this band's sound. All five tracks currently out there are of great quality and of high artistic talent.
