Research

My teaching and research concentrates on modern thought and literature, women’s writing and gender studies, transnational approaches to aesthetics, culture and politics. Furthermore, I have been interested in the Jewish-German tradition, the work of Walter Benjamin and memory studies, autobiographics, and romanticism.
