No shit! Isn't it horrible today!? I had to run through the rain four times today today to turn in papers. I have hardly ever been so soaked.

Rain is rain. It don't make no difference. You get wet and you feel cold... It's the whole swimming pool effect.
Not true at all!  When it is warm outside rain does not make you cold.  Tropical rain is awesome!  Not that Cali is tropical but when it rains it usually feels really nice, not cold at all.
You must be exceptionally warm blooded then, because even when it's 90 degrees out, rain feels cold to me.
she has a point. there's nothing better than a light rain in the summer- especially in dc where summer = intense humidity and all-out-hell.

i love walking in the rain. well...not the rain we have now...because frankly, i've gotten caught in the rain halfway through a run (hm...quite recently, actually), and it was just not pleasant.

I rate rain, period. Thanks to Syracuse's wonderful climate, I don't have to worry about it for a good portion of the year!
It's so warm here right now....Mid to high 70's.  I wore a short sleev shirt today!  And the air is so clear you can see the snow covered mountains!  *Sigh*

That was about our high too. I think our low last night was about -6 Fahrenheit, or about -21 Celsius. Some Alberta something-or-other warm front is coming though. By Thursday it should be a wonderful +10°C/50°F.

The bad thing about that: No more snow to do my James Bond-style parking maneuvers on my apartment complex's now-empty parking lot! :(
Dude...how do you handle that kinda weather!?  I lived in cold climates almost my whole life, and I NEVER got use to it.  I do solemnly swear that I will live in a warm climate when I begin working.
Ahhh, sadly it only lasted a day or two. Last night for example, on New Year's Eve it was like 50. There was almost something wrong with it.
That is pretty ridiculous, that it was that warm out in NY.  It's been pretty warm here in Atlanta also, not that I'm complaining or anything.
I was about to tease you last week because the weather's been so crappy in California, but then I realized you're in Atlanta!

It was warm and nice again here again today, but when I left work it was raining... Oh well, free car wash.

It has only snowed like twice this season... I don't get it. Buffalo has even pulled ahead in the snow race.
OH, i never noticed this post!  Anyway, i do agree that there is no food in downtown Rochester, and the winter weather generally blows, but we have Wegmans!   You never got to go to the giant wegmans did you danielle? you may have reconsidered transferring ;)  Either way, we should have a northeast reunion!  Though it would be a bunch of random people, we could make it fun.  Work your magic Kai!
