Just wanted to let you know that while a lot of you will be partying in Vienna or elsewhere this winter break, I'll be sitting here in my apartment in Syracuse or my parents' house in Vestal, NY and will be improving our alumni site.
I'd really like some feedback on what you would like added. Basically this board will become only one part of the entire site. I'm looking to add image and video galleries (yes, with working video links!), and such.
In addition, I'll be moving to a different web host over break, in part because Mischa Altmann and I are working on creating a great universal site for AIS Alumni and require technology that my current host doesn't support. Right now the one linked off the school's site is a free-host-based one that runs ads and such. Don't worry, this site isn't going anywhere! (Well, to another server, but that change shouldn't affect you). If for any reason there would be any downtime, I'll let you know.
So, let me know what you'd like to see on this site, so I can see if I can include it!
Oh, and today I also added three non-class-related forums for your enjoyment!

I got more of a question than feedback. When i log in I have the option for the site to remember my log in details so as to log me in automatically, but for some reason it never works. Is this because of the site, or me being computer illiterate?Hmmm, it works on mine.I dont know, maybe it has something to do with my internet settings or what not. I guess I'll just log in everyday then.
I would like to congradulate myself on becoming the first "non-Kai/founder etc" Gold Member" -loved that movie by the way
Check to see if your cookies are turned on. And I don't mean your girlfriends! Well, I went to the "privacy" tab from "internet option" and set this site to always allow cookies, but is still didn't work. If you've got any other suggestions I'm listeningmine does that, too

Same with mine... I have to login every timeWell, I've lengthened the login time, so I hope things improve for those having difficulty. I've never had a problem, using a variety of browsers and platforms.
